I am beginning my 2nd
AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge. I love this challenge because it's main focus is on nutrition. I eat so much cleaner when I am on the challenge. It's about learning how to eat right. I love the energy I gain and the pounds I lose with AdvoCare.
Today I did a little meal prep. Grilled chicken, egg muffins, turkey taco meat, and hard boiled eggs for snacks. Stay tuned.. I will be posting my meals daily!! Eating clean never felt so good!!
