Mid-morning snack: hummus and pretzel snack pack
Lunch: Taco salad with ground sirloin, black beans and salsa
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Apple with one tablespoon peanut butter
Dinner: Subway- 6 inch turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomatoe, onion, and mustartd.
